1. Data We Collect
We collect Telegram profile data necessary to operate the Mini App, such as your Telegram user ID, display name, username, and profile photo URL where available. We collect platform activity related to your use of SharpN, including virtual trades, competition participation, follows, and login events.
If you voluntarily connect an exchange, we store exchange API credentials encrypted with AES-256-GCM.
We do not collect real names beyond what Telegram provides, email addresses, phone numbers, IP addresses for profiling purposes, traditional financial account details, or advertising device identifiers as part of this policy’s scope.
2. How We Use Data
We use data to authenticate you, personalize your portfolio and competition standings, execute copy trades when you have given explicit consent and connected an exchange, maintain leaderboard rankings, and improve platform reliability and features.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their independent marketing.
3. Data Storage & Security
We host data on infrastructure with access controls and encryption in transit where applicable. API keys are protected with AES-256-GCM encryption at rest. Access is restricted to authorized personnel, and we conduct regular security reviews as part of our operational practices.
4. Third-Party Services
We rely on Telegram for authentication, in-app experiences, notifications where enabled, and Telegram Stars payments. We may use the TON blockchain for certain payment flows. When you connect an exchange, limited technical data is exchanged with that provider (for example BingX, Bybit, or Bitget) solely to perform the actions you authorize.
5. Data Retention
We retain personal data while your account is active and as needed to provide the service. If you delete your account, we erase associated personal data within 30 days except where a longer period is required by law. Anonymized or aggregated statistics may be retained.
6. Your Rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. To exercise these rights or ask questions, contact @sharpn_support on Telegram.
7. Children
SharpN is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
8. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through in-app notification or other reasonable means, together with an updated effective date on this page.
