1. Nature of Service
SharpN is an entertainment and educational platform. It is not an exchange, broker, custodian, or investment adviser. SharpN does not accept deposits, does not hold user funds, and does not execute trades on your behalf. All trading activity occurs through third-party exchanges using API keys that you provide. SharpN never requests or uses withdrawal permissions on your exchange accounts.
2. Virtual Currency (SharpCoin)
SharpCoin is a non-transferable in-app virtual currency with no real monetary value. It cannot be exchanged for fiat currency or cryptocurrency. You may earn SharpCoin through daily rewards, competitions, and referrals. SharpCoin is used for virtual copy trading simulations and related in-app experiences only.
3. Competitions & Sweepstakes
Competitions may be operated as promotional sweepstakes where no purchase is necessary to participate. An alternative method of entry (AMOE) may be available via free SharpCoin as described in applicable rules. Prizes are promotional gifts. Outcomes are based on simulated trading performance and skill-related criteria, not on chance. A Pro subscription may provide additional features but is not required to enter or compete where stated.
4. Strategy Profiles
Strategy profiles display aggregated historical trading data derived from public Telegram channels and related sources. This content is for educational and entertainment purposes only. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Nothing on SharpN constitutes investment advice or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset.
5. Copy Trading
Virtual copy trading uses SharpCoin and is purely a simulation. Real copy trading requires you to independently open an account with a supported exchange, generate API keys with appropriate permissions (for example read-only and trade-only scopes as applicable), and connect them to SharpN. You are fully responsible for your risk settings and for all resulting trades. SharpN acts as an information relay between your configured exchange and the platform. Using leverage amplifies both potential gains and losses.
6. Subscriptions & Payments
Payments may be processed via Telegram Stars or the TON network. SharpN does not store your credit card details. Subscriptions may auto-renew monthly unless you cancel in accordance with the applicable payment provider’s flow. Refunds follow the policies of the relevant payment provider and platform rules.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to use SharpN for money laundering or other unlawful activity, not to manipulate competitions or leaderboards, not to operate multiple accounts to circumvent limits, not to reverse-engineer or abuse the service, and not to impersonate others or misrepresent your identity.
8. Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, SharpN and its affiliates are not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, or damages arising from technical failures, third-party services, or your use of the platform. Trading cryptocurrencies involves substantial risk.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where SharpN Limited is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes may be subject to binding arbitration as set forth in our full legal documentation or as required by applicable law.
